On December 13th, the annual conference of the National Waterborne Industrial Coatings and Coating Industry Committee and the Waterborne Coatings Technology Seminar concluded in Beijing. Members of the Waterborne Coatings Committee from all over the country, experts from the committee, and representatives of outstanding enterprises in the industry attended the conference together. Chairman Yu Guo attended the meeting on behalf of Changmu and gave an expert speech report on the topic of "Formula Design of Water based Industrial Paint and Selection of Water based Resin" at the meeting. At the same time, industry experts such as Liu Changhe, Deputy Secretary General of the Titanium Dioxide Association, Tan Meiling, Expert Database Expert of the Water Coating Committee, and Hu Zhongyuan, General Manager of Hebei Chenyang Water Paint Technology, also gave keynote speeches.

The conference, with the theme of "Focusing on the Development of Waterborne Coatings and Paying Attention to Scientific Research and Environmental Protection Innovation", conducted in-depth exchanges on specific problems in the industry through topic exchanges, thematic sharing, and topic discussions.

During the meeting, Zhang Jiao, Chairman of the National Waterborne Industrial Coatings and Coating Industry Committee, Liu Zhai, Secretary General of the Waterborne Coating Committee, and other association leaders delivered speeches respectively. Zhang Jiao, the chairman of the Water Coating Committee, believes that coating companies should participate in environmental protection technology innovation with a sense of ownership, participate in social survival environment governance, and achieve a win-win situation between enterprise development and social construction through continuous upgrading and development of new technologies, processes, and products.

Liu Zhai, Secretary General of the Water Coating Committee, pointed out that the development of environmentally friendly coatings is the trend, and water-based coatings have become the main force in this direction. However, there are still many problems that need to be solved in the development process. How can we make the industry more stable in the transition from oil to water? She believes that promoting the development of relevant industry standards is an important lever. She introduced that in the later stage, the Water Coating Committee will focus on doing relevant work based on the intellectual reserve of the Water Coating Committee's expert database. She also hopes that member enterprises can actively participate, making the Water Coating Committee organization more vibrant and further promoting the healthy development of the industry.

In addition, Liu Zhai, as the CEO of Tuduoduo, gave a special speech on the center of "how to use e-commerce thinking to promote industry development". She systematically introduced Tuduoduo's growth background, the problems it is committed to solving, as well as its current development status and future plans. She pointed out that under the guidance of national policies, industrial e-commerce has ushered in a rare period of development opportunities, while also providing direction for enterprises to significantly improve operational efficiency based on platforms. She believes that seizing opportunities and jointly upgrading trading models with the platform will not only benefit the present but also the future for participating enterprises.
