Can prepare water-based two-component epoxy zinc phosphate primer, water-based two-component epoxy primer, water-based epoxy high gloss topcoat, suitable for automotive chassis, wind power internal mechanical equipment, lifting machinery, oil tank inner walls and other fields

Application reference:
1. CM-2053M is a dispersion type with excellent wetting properties of pigments. It can be ground together with pigments and fillers. When grinding, attention should be paid to controlling the grinding viscosity. Non ionic additives should be used as much as possible when using resin slurry, and additives containing organic amines that can react with epoxy groups should be avoided to ensure storage stability and shelf life stability in the later stage. When grinding, it is important to note that the temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
2. The paint film prepared with CM-2053M can self dry at room temperature or be baked at low temperature, and the suitable baking temperature is recommended not to exceed 80 ℃.
3. Recommended solvents: ethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether.
4. CM-2053M is recommended to be used in conjunction with water-based epoxy curing agent CM-2120. When designing the ratio, attention should be paid to the epoxy equivalent and active hydrogen equivalent being 1:0.8-1.

Reference formula and process description for water-based epoxy topcoat:
Component A:
1. Add components 1-4 to a suitable cylinder and disperse at low speed for 3-5 minutes. Then add material 5 and disperse at high speed for 15-20 minutes until there are no obvious particles. Add 6-9 and disperse for 10-20 minutes, and partially clean the machine.
2. After grinding to a fineness of ≤ 35 μ m, enter the paint mixing stage. Add 11-13 in sequence, disperse evenly, and slowly add material 14 to adjust the viscosity. After the viscosity is qualified, package.
