Application reference
1. CM-2053 is a dispersed type with excellent pigment wetting properties and can be ground together with pigments and fillers. During grinding, attention should be paid to controlling the grinding viscosity. Non ionic additives should be used as much as possible when grinding resin slurry, and additives containing organic amines that can react with epoxy groups should be avoided to ensure storage stability and shelf life stability in the later stage. When grinding, it is important to note that the temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
2. CM-2053 needs to be used in conjunction with water-based epoxy curing agent CM-3801. When designing the ratio, attention should be paid to the epoxy equivalent and active hydrogen equivalent being 1:1.
3. The paint film prepared with CM-2053 can self dry at room temperature or be baked at low temperature. It is recommended that the suitable baking temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
4. Recommended cosolvents: ethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether.

Process description:
Component A:
Put component A materials 1-3 into a suitable cylinder and disperse at low speed for 3-5 minutes. Then add material 4 and disperse at high speed for 15-20 minutes until there are no obvious particles and the fineness is qualified. After that, add material 5-10 and disperse for 10-20 minutes. Then, use a grinder to grind to a fineness of ≤ 35 μ m before entering the paint mixing stage. Add materials 11-13 in sequence and disperse evenly. Slowly add material 14 to adjust the viscosity. After the viscosity is qualified, package.
