characteristic:
Low VOC, good water resistance, excellent salt spray resistance, and freeze-thaw resistance. No water, add zinc powder directly, good hand stirring performance.

Preparation of 2K water-based zinc rich/zinc containing primer series

Epoxy equivalent (g/eq, solid): 500-580
Application reference
1. E20 resin emulsion, fast drying, excellent anti-corrosion performance;
2. It does not contain water and can be directly added with zinc powder to prepare zinc rich primer, with good hand stirring properties;
3. Attention should be paid to the use of additives such as amines and water in the main paint when the system contains zinc powder;
4. Resin has excellent mechanical stability and can participate in grinding. Attention should be paid to the grinding temperature;
5. The resin based paint process is similar to solvent based paint, but attention should be paid to the influence of grinding temperature, pigments, additives, etc. on the resin

Process description:
Component A:
